Time blocking is what it sounds like! Blocking your time and creating a schedule in order to focus in on specific tasks throughout the day! In this technique, you block your day into chunks of time. In each block, you focus on one task/subject and give yourself a time limit.
For example:
9:00am-10:00am - I will focus and finish on my world history quiz
10:15am-11:15am- I will review my class content for algebra
11:30am-12:30pm - I do my science flipgrid activity
