Welcome to my classroom! I teach high school English and have worked for JEDI since 2018. I have a Bachelor's degree in English Education and a Master's degree in English from UW-Eau Claire.
I enjoy Wisconsin's four seasons and like to spend time outdoors. My husband and I have three teenagers. We also have several pets including a dog, cat, and hamster.
I have a passion to help students succeed in English. Everyone can be successful in English and I am here to help you improve your writing skills. Please contact me for any questions or concerns.

This is info on how to add a Chrome extension called Natural Text to Speech Reader.
There is a lot of reading in this class, and clicking on the extension , the computer will read online text, textbook text, and pdfs.

JEDI Information on Plagiarism
Included are several links about Plagiarism. Plagiarism is a concern. I have a Plagiarism tool that will tell me if the information in a paper was taken from another site.
Use of "answer sites" or other student papers is plagiarism. Please set up a zoom meeting if you would like to discuss what plagiarism is or if you would like help with any assignment.

MY Bib Citation Generator
This is the citation generator I recommend.
It is a Chrome extension, found in the Chrome Web Store.
It is easy to add as an extension and if you have the web page that you are citing up on the screen, click on the extension and it will provide the MLA citation and corresponding in-text citation.
