Introduction To Astronomy  - 0.5 credit

This course is a survey of descriptive astronomy.  Topics covered include the earth-moon-sun relationships, the structure and dynamics of the solar system, stars, and their properties, and the cosmology of the universe.  Also, included is the historical development of astronomy and the role human behaviors and beliefs have played in its development.
