Getting Organized

   Quick Links

Now that you have all of your student information and have made that first contact with each of your students, let's get it organized so you can maximize your coaching time and keep effective records of your students' progress as well as the contacts you make with your students.

Usernames and Passwords

  • As you receive usernames and passwords from JEDI or one of the vendors we utilize, record them in a readily  accessible location.

If one of your students loses their login information you can help them get going again if you have good records.

If you have time you may want to sign into one of the classes as a student to have a look at the material they are working on, but be VERY CAUTIOUS!

DO NOT click on a TEST or QUIZ link when signed in as a student. Most tests and quizzes can only be clicked into once!

Most vendors assign separate usernames and passwords for YOU that are different from those assigned your students.

You'll want to keep those within easy reach to make the most of your coaching time each week.

Text Box: You will use these usernames and passwords over and over again.
It works well to keep them written in a notebook AND entered in a digital Word or Excel document that will allow you to click on a hyperlink in the document rather than typing it in every time.
Open and try the one below by clicking on the link below.

Text Box: Follow the instructions on the sample sheet to insert your students' names, important contact information, courses, vendors, usernames, and passwords.
You can also input YOUR username and password if you feel it will be helpful to have it with each student data set.
SAVE your data sheet in at least TWO locations in case something happens to one version.
