This course provides for a deeper understanding of the basic elements and concepts of double-entry accounting systems used within a corporate setting. This course is designed for those students interested in pursuing a career in bookkeeping, accounting, or business management. Practice sets will be used to integrate more principles. Students will learn to interpret financial information and reports to make educated business decisions. Workbooks, as well as computers, containing standard business forms are used to make accounting more realistic.
